I Finally Caught You

That feeling when you're getting older but the characters you love, don't? Unfair...

I remember reading Dengeki Daisy around two years ago. I was around 15 or 16 years old back then. I thought, "We're [Teru and I] in the same page, age-wise."

Now, after two years, I am back again to where I left off but still, they are there, all the same, character-wise. Unfair...

A lot of things happened. Years had passed. I was on a long hiatus on reading it. Like KWMS!, which is also the same, they're 17 year old characters... and now I'm already older than them.
GO BALD, KUROSAKI ~

To be perfectly honest, in retrospect, I don't remember much. What I do remember is that, Teru's older brother died, left her a phone with Daisy's number on it, who was a total stranger but at the same time, the only comforting company of Teru and who was connected to his brother, through the passing years.

Through Daisy's messages, Teru doesn't feel alone. She actually feels the contrary. Looked after. Cared for. Loved.

Then, their story begins...

Kurosaki entered the picture, a mysterious, delinquent-looking however good-looking janitor on Teru's school. He may look and act and talk bad most of the time, but behind the facade is a sweet and loving Kurosaki Tasuku. He may be bad-mouthed, cold and grumpy but that's certainly and merely for show. [I just repeated it, am I?]

I love him, as well as, the rest of the crew, which like, all of them. And I certainly love this series called Dengeki Daisy with its hilarious satire (their epic facial art and jest in unexpected moments that would really make you laugh), cute bishounen and not-so-typical heroine, and with its story itself. It's a manga worth reading.
